The rooms are available on a private and sharing basis with many facilities like attached washrooms, twin beds, hot and cold water, 24*7 customer service, Wi-Fi, and other amenities.

Some of the rooms come with a balcony and offer beautiful view of the surroundings. There’s also a garden where you can spend time alone, relaxing and enjoying.

Food

Detoxifying vegetarian food is served during the retreat as the purification begins internally when you pamper your body and mind. Meals are served thrice a day with the option of detoxifying herbal drinks for a classic Yogic lifestyle. The constitution of the body is governed by the things you intake and by the diet you follow for a long time.

The foods are freshly cooked, simply made with an organic touch, and also with the Ayurvedic understanding of herbs and spices. Our well-trained chefs ensure that every student is provided the right amount of nutrition throughout the duration of their stay.
